Therapy isn’t just about dealing with particular ‘symptoms’ or difficulties. Sometimes we just want to be heard, sometimes we want a place to say the things that we censor ourselves from saying for fear of …… you can fill in the gap.
That is when talking something through in therapy can be helpful.

Do you have an idea for personal change that you want to explore with somebody who is independent?
This is when therapy can help. Talking about what we are curious about or troubled by and having a personal dialogue with the therapist as an engaging witness can help us unravel something through awareness and exploration.
